Feed the Hungry

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.”

Organize food donations

Our food ministry is blessed with donations from the local food bank, but these need to be sorted and organized into boxes before we can distribute them to those in need.

Volunteers receive the food and divide it into portions, ensuring every box contains essentials that will keep hunger at bay.

People are organizing food items in a room with several large cardboard boxes. One person holds a bag of apples. The room has a refrigerator and light-colored flooring.
Three cars are parked under a covered driveway. Two people are unloading items from the back of the vehicles, and one person stands by the front car. The sky is cloudy, and there are open fields in the background.

Distribute help to the hungry

Every fourth Saturday, cars line up outside the church to receive the food donations that keep hungry families afloat.

Our food ministry volunteers distribute the boxes of food to waiting cars, sharing vital nourishment and Christ’s life-giving love.

Help feed the hungry in just 3 hours a month

Volunteers arrive at 10 am at the back of the church to sort food and fill boxes every fourth Saturday of the month. Then, the food ministry distributes the food boxes starting at 12 pm.
